How does gender develop and why does it matter?
How do the boys and girls, men and women differ, how does that happen across development, and how is gender related to other aspects of psychological development? We aim to understand, operationalize, and explain the dynamics among aspects of gender development, and their significance for wellbeing.​
Much of what we know about behavior in CAH and other hormonal influences on behavior comes from people with CAH and AIS. We and others are grateful to them for helping to educate us and the broader community of scientists in ways that would not be otherwise possible!
